LYRA THROUGH THE EYES OF KIDS – August art contest

Since mid-July, our youngest fans have been bringing their drawings to LYRA Park with a single goal: to win the competition and get a limited edition of CREAMY chocolates featuring their very own artwork! Help these little Picassos achieve their chocolate dream. What were the competition rules for participants? Any child up to 14 years old (inclusive) could join the competition. 1️⃣ The child had to create a LYRA-themed drawing (A4 format). We left the style, technique, and creativity entirely up to them—whether using colored pencils, watercolors, markers, or collages, there were no limits to their imagination! 2️⃣ The child had to bring the drawing to LYRA Park in Ivanka pri Nitre. The drawing was handed over in the company of a mother, father, or legal guardian. 3️⃣ Starting August 1st, their artwork is on display at LYRA Park and on our e-shop at www.eshop.lyrachocolate.com/sutaz. The competition runs until the end of August (August 31, 2026), during which children can collect votes both in our physical store and online. The final ranking will be decided by the total number of valid votes cast by visitors in-store or on the e-shop. The top three artworks with the highest number of votes will win. In the event of a tie, the Organizer will choose the winner based on originality and execution. 🏆 What can they win? 🥇 1st Place: 100 delicious CREAMY chocolates featuring their own drawing on the wrapper! 🥈 2nd Place: 50 chocolates with their custom design! 🥉 3rd Place: 20 personalized chocolates! The winners will be announced on September 7, 2026, on our social media channels, and the winning parent will be contacted via email and SMS. Prizes will be handed over in person at the LYRA Park store by December 31, 2026. If a winner does not respond within 30 days, the prize will be awarded to the next participant in line. VOTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE "LYRA THROUGH THE EYES OF KIDS" CONTEST The online voting is organized by LYRA GROUP s.r.o., with its registered office at Pri parku 1, 951 12 Ivanka pri Nitre, ID No. (IČO): 44 473 826 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"). Voting takes place from August 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026, via the Organizer's e-shop. Each voter may cast a maximum of one vote for a single contest entry. Voting is free of charge and does not require a purchase. Multiple voting, voting via automated means, using false information, or influencing the voting results in any way is strictly prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to invalidate votes where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms or vote manipulation. The voting results will be evaluated after the voting period ends, and the winning contest entries will be announced by September 7, 2026. The outcome depends on the number of validly cast votes. In the event of a tie, the final ranking will be decided by the Organizer. Information on Personal Data Processing The Organizer, acting as the Data Controller, processes the voter's email address, voting data, and technical data related to voting—specifically the IP address, timestamp of the vote, and device or session identifiers. Purpose of Processing: Recording and verifying the vote, enforcing the vote limit, protecting the voting process against abuse, and evaluating the contest. Legal Basis: The Organizer's legitimate interest in ensuring a fair and proper voting process pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Data Retention: Personal data will be stored during the voting period and for up to three months after the announcement of the results, or longer if necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Data Recipients: Data may be accessible to e-shop platform providers, hosting services, and technical support providers processing data on behalf of the Organizer. Personal data will not be used for marketing communications without a separate legal basis. Voter Rights: Voters have the right to request access to, correction, or erasure of their personal data, restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
